Who doesn’t love Edward Scissorhands? He is lovely, gentle, kind and just a little clumsy… Edward is an animated human being designed by a scientist who unfortunately dies before he can finish assembling Edward, leaving the young man with a freakish appearance a little accentuated by the scissor blades he has instead of hands. One day, a loving suburban saleswoman discovers Edward and takes him home, where he falls for Peg’s teen daughter (Winona Ryder). However, despite his kindness and artistic talent, Edward’s hands make him an outcast. Tim Burton‘s romantic dark fantasy is a true classic.
