On 11 and 12 April, Mexican chef Santiago Lastra together with Hungarian Ádám Barna, invited by the team of Eatwell, will be cooking up a storm at the St Andrea Gourmet Bar. Lastra’s ars poetica is to use local and seasonal ingredients from his home country.
