A hundred years ago, Walter Gropius founded an art school called Weimar Bauhaus, which became one of the most important milestones in contemporary art. The theory and practice it promoted inspired an aesthetic reform and became a base for a number of subsequent art movements and approaches. This selection at the Ludwig Museum looks back at this modernist utopia from a contemporary perspective.
