On 29 August, the terrace of Baltazár Budapest in Buda Castle sets the scene for the Baltazár Wine Festival, bringing together some of Hungary’s most renowned wineries for a relaxed afternoon and evening of tastings. Visitors will have the chance to sample wines from producers including Sauska, Etyeki Kúria, Kreinbacher Estate, St. Andrea and Zelna Winery, while meeting the winemakers behind the labels. To complement the wines, the restaurant has created a special festival menu alongside its regular à la carte selection, while DJ sets provide the soundtrack throughout the day. The festival is split into daytime and evening sessions, each requiring a separate ticket. Admission includes unlimited wine tastings, with the first 75 tickets available at a special super early-bird price.
