Paletta Budapest brings the spirit of the Balkans to the capital this August, serving up special dishes on selected Saturdays. Prepared over the smoky heat of the kamado grill, the flavours take guests on a culinary journey from the Dinaric Mountains to Turkey. The menu features tempting appetisers such as tzatziki, Montenegrin salad and Turkish fried olives, followed by grilled homemade sausage flatbread, a cevapcici burger, rosemary lamb roast with Shopska salad and aged beef sirloin steak. Add in refreshing cocktails, tasty snacks and a big dose of Balkan hospitality, and you’ve got the perfect summer feast.
