The 4th Budapest Fish Festival awaits lovers of fish dishes from February 12, 2016 until February 14, on a new location, Millenáris Park. At the largest fish festival of Europe, guests can meet with more than
200 exhibitors
, and many specialties, like the giant cauldron of Szeged, and giant catfish-roasting. According to the organizers, everything will be made of fish – even the sausage. Visitors can choose from various things and programs, like fish soup cooking contests, the fish-duel of the best local chefs, and foreign fish dishes.
