What goes into the bun?
The homemade bun is layered with pistachio pesto mayo and filled with the usual top-notch 180-gram Hungarian Grey Cattle beef patty, fresh arugula, and cheddar cheese. But the real twist? Pistachio pesto kataifi pastry. The pastry is first toasted until golden in butter, then mixed with a creamy pistachio pesto made with arugula, baby spinach, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. To top it all off, crispy bacon bits are added for an extra layer of crunch and flavour.
Schnitzel cordon bleu with extras
The classic cordon bleu (breaded and fried meat cutlet filled with ham and cheese) gets an exciting upgrade: alongside chicken breast, Prague ham, and Emmental cheese, it's stuffed with a pistachio kataifi filling and a sprinkle of toasted pistachios for extra crunch.
The kataifi dough is toasted in butter until golden, then blended with pistachio paste and tahini (sesame paste). Finally, it's coated in panko breadcrumbs and fried to perfection. The result is a reimagined classic: crispy on the outside, juicy and creamy on the inside.
