While you can soak in Budapest's hot thermal pools and Turkish baths all year round, open-air spas are now ready to welcome swimmers, too.
Summer is here and the pools are open! At least, most of them. Dagály was the first to swing its gate open, awaiting visitors since the beginning of May. Since June 1st, you can plunge into the pools of Pesterzsébet Iodine-Salt Thermal & Open-Air Baths, Csillaghegy Árpád Thermal Baths, Paskál Open-Air Baths, and Palatinus (though the wave pool and slides are still closed).
We must wait a little longer for the Római Baths, opening on June 17th. And you can enjoy Pünkösdfürdő Baths from June 22nd.
