According to the Airports Council International, Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is the best among European airports with 15-25 million passengers, judged by the travelling public.
The recognition is the first of its kind for Ferenc Liszt International Airport and is awarded on the basis of an independent international survey based solely on passenger feedback. The results are based on more than 30 performance indicators and passengers are interviewed personally. The entire travel process is examined, from entry, through time spent in the terminal, to boarding.
Each quarter of last year saw outstanding results in the quality of service at Budapest Airport, with overall passenger satisfaction scores above 4 out of 5 throughout the year.
