Though the Park is not specifically Christmas-themed, Budapest's new attraction will definitely put you in the mood with its special light and sound-filled fairytale land. A new attraction landed in Budapest for the Christmas holidays – a spectacular travelling light exhibition. Luckily it is staying longer than the jingle bells; you can visit it until 28 February 2023.
The magical park called Lumina took over Margaret Island's Palatinus Open-Air Baths for the autumn-winter season. You can stroll through light installations, themed by countries and continents, from America to Wonderland. All this results in a fairytale land filled with a special light and sound show.
Lumina Park, which comes from Poland, uses energy-saving LED lighting, and the latest technology with energy for its operation provided by the Palatinus Bath's solar power generation.
