Spring is coming! It’s already quite warm during the day, and flowers are starting to bloom in the meadows and forests – especially that telltale harbinger, snowdrops. But springtime is not only about the revival of nature, people also get excited, go outdoors, hike, pick flowers or just sunbathe on a nearby bench. It wasn’t that different
back in the old days! In winter, the cold and dark weather made people stay
indoors, but in spring, thestreets, squares and parks of Budapest were filled with buzzing
crowds once again. Hopping on a bike or grabbing a hiking stick, everyone found
their favourite way to get outdoors. Spring has always brought with it happier and more
