Unsung Markusovszky tér near the revived shopping hub of the Corvin Quarter is about to undergo a relandscaping. A playground, a dog course, gazebos, rest areas and an outdoor gym are all part of the plans currently under discussion.
The proposed renovation of Markusovszky tér will transform a drab, sketchy square off Üllői út in Ferencváros into a safe, attractive place for residents to relax – according to visualisations created by Budapest design firm tspc.
The firm’s portfolio also includes strikingly original projects in Lanzhou, China, a swimming complex in Szeged and Széllkapu Park at the Millenáris.
