Renowned 3D artist István Bori has just created his latest graphic work, 'Derelict Square’, in the spirit of the survival horror video game 'The Last of Us'. In it, Bori reinvents a dystopian landscape around the metro station at Széll Kálmán tér. The Last of Us is a hit character-based video game which has also inspired film versions.
Taking his lead from the popular franchise The Last of Us, 3D artist István Bori has redrawn Budapest’s Széll Kálmán tér, as if it were a location in the post-apocalyptic video game, The Last of Us.
At the same time, HBO is currently shooting a TV series from the same franchise, in which Pedro Pascal (Game of Thrones, The Mandalorian, Narcos) and Bella Ramsey (Game of Thrones, His Dark Materials) play two leading roles, while the story has been written by game co-creator Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin of Chernobyl fame.
