The American Spaces Summer Camp is a four-day event available for high school students age 14-16 to improve their English-language conversation skills, and participate in fun, project-based activities in connection with currently emerging topics in American culture. Students can learn about the life of high school students in the US, as well as receive information about possible American scholarships, such as the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program for high schoolers.
At the end of the program, all participants will be awarded with a certificate of participation. The speakers and facilitators of the camp are experts in American Studies, including American staff members, who teach and offer career advice.
Applications are simple: fill out the form (deadline is 27 June) and make sure to get it in early as spaces are limited. More information on the American Corner Budapest can be found here.
