The newest outdoor nightclub in Budapest will open its doors under the name of MONYO Land, in the garden of the MONYO craft brewers in Kőbánya.

With more and more places closing their doors, it’s good to see a new development! Everyone knows the popular MONYO Brewing Co, whose beers are well-respected in the craft-brewing community, and usually spotted at events city-wide.

Now their latest project is launching: MONYO Land, located at Gyömrői út 148C in Kőbánya. Plans include a pub and garden area, which also serves as a showroom, and on Fridays and Saturdays, Hungarian alt-rock bands will be performing. Meanwhile, an on-site brewery will keep the drinks flowing.

MONYO Land promises visitors a complex experience: appreciating beer not only as a refreshment, but as a story to be followed. In addition to drinks and concerts, you can also attend brewing training sessions or tour the brewery, while corporate events and conferences will have a suitable space to set up. The fun all kicks off on 30 April!

Although the venue is definitely outside the city centre, access should not a problem: cyclists will have plenty of storage space for their bikes, the Kőbánya-Kispest metro stop is nearby and special buses will head from the city to the venue, so you can get there easily in half an hour.

Let’s talk specifics. There will be 32 beer taps for seasonal and local brews, as well as ten varieties permanently available. The concert performers will be announced on MONYO Land’s Facebook and Instagram pages in early February, but a few names are already certain: Bëlga, Carson Coma, The Biebers, Ricsárdgír, Lóci játszik and Péterfy Bori & Love Band.

We can also expect to see the three beer ambassadors, Sena (Irie Maffia), Szabi Papp (Supernem) and vlogger Gergő Szirmai, along with their bands. All in all, MONYO Land is set up to become a decisive player on the local music scene.
