Hungary’s high-tech KViHotel launches futuristic lodgings in Budapest

Combining accommodation and innovation with modern style in bustling District VII, the new four-star KViHotel Budapest opens for business this month as much more than a place to sleep – powered by the TMRW Hotels app, this is an innovative enterprise aiming to update 21st-century guest experiences with smartphone technology. Appointed with sleek furniture and a cosmopolitan lobby lounge, the hotel has no reception desk. Guests check in with the app and use their phone as a room key, as well as a device for controlling the room temperature (from within the hotel or while out and about) or for contacting the 24-hour customer-service center with inquiries or requests. We Love Budapest will soon post an entire article about this groundbreaking project, but for more details in the meantime, see the KViHotel Budapest website.
