The big draw for Sziget 2019 will be everyone’s favourite ginger singer, Ed Sheeran, but other hot headliners have just been announced. The Foo Fighters, Twenty One Pilots, Florence and the Machine and The 1975 are among the star names confirmed to rock Budapest biggest extravaganza, due to take place 7-13 August.

Sziget has just announced its preliminary line-up with more names confirmed for the 2019 jamboree. Stars include the Foo Fighters, who flock to the festival for the second time since 1997, crowd favourites Twenty One Pilots, performing in Hungary for the first time, new-wave The 1975, and Florence and the Machine, who gave an unforgettable show here in 2015 and should include songs from their new album in the set.

More names include Dutch DJ superstar Martin Garrix, former Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft, Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Superorganism, Kodaline, Chvrches, Jungle, The Blaze, Maribou State, Idles, Pale Waves, Parcels, Boy Pablo, Gang of Youth and Yungblud.
