Corso Restaurant

Those who wish to master the culinary arts can indulge in seasonal cooking classes organized by Corso Restaurant at Intercontinental Budapest. With the theme changing every month, the menu is set up around seasonal ingredients available locally, like strawberries in May or tomato-based and barbecue meals during the summer months. Depending on the number of participants the classes are held inside the hotel’s banqueting kitchen or in the restaurant’s “live cooking” corner, while each session is headed by Corso’s executive chef and sous chef. After all of the meals are ready, participants can consume the fine delicacies – and in nice weather, the meals are served on the panoramic Corso Terrace on the Danube Promenade, where guests admire spectacular vistas over the Buda Castle. As a nice conclusion of the day, each participant receives a recipe book and a chef’s hat.
