Utilizing the entire We Love Budapest database, this graphic browser provides all the up-to-date details that you need for destinations across the Magyar metropolis, always ready for you with just a few clicks.

This We Love Budapest graphic-browser application has four main functions. First and foremost, there is the “Search” option, which helps you find the venue you are looking for in the We Love Budapest database, containing continually updated information about more than 1,000 places, broken down into thematic sections. Let’s say that you would like to go on a picnic with your friends and you are looking for the perfect spot: all you have to do is tick the “Sights” box and then choose the “green areas” badge, and voilà – you have a list of all the options.Looking for something to do? You can scroll through all the different happenings going on around the capital by clicking on the “Upcoming events” tab – not to mention that you can sort them out according to when and where they’ll be taking place.But the most wow-inducing feature is yet to come: there is also a “Closest locations” box, which tracks the user’s location through the computer’s IP address and shows every venue – from churches to burger bars – in every category within 500 meters. Of course you can type in another location to search from, so the options are not limited to your current location, and you can always do a more detailed search if you want to.Last but not least, the “Toplist” menu option allows you to find our articles about essential places in a given category (like our favorite rooftop yoga spots); meanwhile, the route planner helps you to get to a selected place by public transport, car, bicycle, or on foot. There is more to come: you can send your search results, like street-food places on Nagymező Street, to your friends, and the info can be embedded to any website or blog with the help of the “embed map” button.
