Overlooking the bustling Astoria intersection, this sunlit facility is an oasis of peaceful wellness within the heart of central Pest, dedicated solely to providing 90-minute Bikram classes in a spacious room heated to 38-40°C (100-104°F). English-language sessions are held several times weekly, and new clients can take advantage of a special 10-day trial offer costing only 2,500 forints, with first-time visitors offered use of a mat for no charge.

Bikram Yoga Buda
Amid a modern interior décor, the right-bank sister location to Astoria’s Bikram Yoga Center also offers multiple English-language classes every week to properly propagate the purifying positions developed by Indian guru Bikram Choudhury, all specifically designed to strengthen muscles with significantly decreased risk of injury thanks to the studio’s increased temperature. Until March 31, new visitors can participate in their first class for free.
