In the first part of this sustainability workshop on 29 September, Andi Bitay shares useful tips and tricks for achieving a zero waste lifestyle. Topics include how to shop sustainably, store products, and eliminate chemicals from the kitchen and cleaning products. Attendees can also create their own air freshener out of condiments, and other sustainable cleaning substances.

In the second part of the event, Dóri Iklódi helps the participants cook a zero waste menu that everyone can enjoy together afterwards.

  • Zucchini cream soup with mint (vegan)

  • Chickpea stew with vegetables and bulgur (vegan)

  • Banana bread with red berries (sugar and milk free)
