On February 23rd, a special dinner will be served at the Pierrot Cafe Restaurant, prepared by chef Tamás Erdélyi. It is a huge treat itself, but the evening will be completed by wines from the Liszkay Mansion and Mihály Liszkay playing the piano.

Menu:

  • St. Jacob Scallops with textures of butternut squash and grapefruit – Liszkay Pinot Gris 2021
  • Foie Gras bonbon with homemade chimney cake and grapes – Liszkay Merlot Rozé 2021
  • Moulard Duck breast with purple cabbage mille-feuille, plums and merlot jus – Liszkay Cabernet Franc 2018
  • Heavenly Fruit Stew with spiced orange syrup and homemade vanilla ice cream – Liszkay Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
