The A38 Ship and the MU Theatre are among the most important cultural centres in District XI. Today, for the 14th time of asking, they organise the Újbuda Jazz Festival, which has become an internationally acclaimed and prestigious event throughout the past years. From avant-garde to swing, most jazz genres are represented and beside world-renowned headliners, the festival is also an important platform for showcasing young talent.
