Enjoy a vegan Turkish feast with Nar Gourmet and special guest Kristóf Steiner at Borganika Studio. The menu consists of four courses, all of which are meat and dairy free.

  • Ayran Aşı Çorbası (creamy cold soup with fresh arugula)

  • Nohut dürümü (dürüm filled with chickpea cream and paprika paste + Bat (bulgur salad with walnut and lentil)

  • Güveçte köfte (meat-free meatballs cooked in a rich vegetable stew, root vegetables with “cheese” sauce)

  • Cezerye (carrot cube with ginger, cinnamon and coconut)
