A collaboration between Nar Gourmet, Beerganika and BeerPorn.hu, a dinner of Turkish dishes and fitting Hungarian craft beers is being held at the Borganika Studio on 28 March.

Welcome drink:




    • Zahter çayı (Turkish herbal tea)




Soup:



    • Düğün çorbası (yoghurt cream soup)

    • Kecskeméti Sörmesterek Geze (Gose beer)




Meze plates:



    • Babagannuş (salad with pepper, aubergine and tomato)

    • Cevizli biber (walnut-based spicy dip)

    • Bezirgeni (salad with dried pepper, onion and olive oil)

    • Hedon Aunt Mary (Sour Cherry IPA)




Main dish:



    • Ayva aşı (beef ragout with quince, pomegranate balsamic vinegar and bulgur)

    • Vaskakas Brewery Charlatan (Belgian dubbel beer)




Dessert:



    • İncir ve kayısı tatlısı (dried figs and apricots with walnuts and cream)

    • Horizont Brewing Hazy Queen (New England IPA)
