The Turbina Cultural Centre will begin operations from its base in District VIII with concerts, exhibitions, concerts and a fair. To kick off, popular Hungarian band Fran Palermo play on 1 October, with Sasa Lele, TPSRPRT and Alas! also scheduled. The festival runs until the evening of Sunday, 3 October.
