Over the first weekend of October, a three-day mini-festival kickstarts a new entertainment hub in District VIII, the Turbina Cultural Centre. Headlining will be popular Hungarian band, Fran Palermo.

Budapest has yet another exciting new venue, the Turbina Cultural Centre (VIII.Vajdahunyad utca 4), where exhibitions, concerts and day-time events will be held.

The first day, Friday 1 October, will be largely dedicated to alt-rock, Fran Palermo the main act, while an exhibition opens that same day. DJs take over on the Saturday, aerobics start the Sunday schedule at 11am, before a market starts at 3pm.
