It was in the spring of 1979, exactly 40 years ago, that The Cure launched their first album entitled Three Imaginary Boys. Party organisers Tesco Disco are taking this opportunity to celebrate the legendary band with a party at the Toldi Klub on 2 March. Besides Cure tunes, DJs will also play songs by Placebo, Muse and other bands who were inspired by the new-wave, post-punk style of Robert Smith and pals.
