St Martin's Day goose feast at ÉS Bisztró

If you are a fan of goose meat, you are in luck. Goose is going to be the star at elegant downtown restaurant ÉS Bisztró on November 11th. There are mouthwatering dishes listed on the blackboard special such as Smoked goose liver with quince chutney, shallots and walnut breadPulled duck with pumpkin chutney and waffle or Rosé goose breast with pumpkin, Brussels sprouts, chestnut and grape juice.

All this in celebration of St Martin's Day - commemorating one of Hungary's patron saints. They say who does not get to eat goose on this day will be starving for the whole year. So we would book a table fairly soon if we were you. But no worries if you miss the day, the menu is on until the end of the month.
