On 17 March at 5.30pm, nor/ma grand hosts a Scandinavian pastry workshop, offering a hands-on introduction to the world of Nordic baking. Guided by the bakery’s pastry chefs, participants will learn how to prepare three seasonal Easter pastries, while also discovering stories and techniques from Scandinavian baking culture. During the workshop, guests can follow the process step by step, just as the bakers do in the kitchen, and take the freshly baked treats home the next day. As places are limited, early registration is recommended.
