In November, SALT Budapest is offering the flavours of Jewish cuisine for four days. Two special guests will be helping the restaurant team create delicious and authentic Jewish dishes. György Lefkovics brings his family's traditions to the table, while Szilárd Tóth introduces rare recipes from the Jewish community of Szatmár.

Participants may also spend the night at Hotel Rum by booking a room as well as reserving a table – with this option, you can have breakfast at Toprum the following morning.
