Between 28 March and 2 April, W Budapest teams up with Kicsi Japán to bring Sake Week to the city, putting Japanese flavours and traditions in the spotlight. The limited-time menu is created in collaboration with Osaka-born chef Yoshihito Hirose, also behind Kicsi Japán, and features refined nigiri selections, signature rolls, and umami-rich dishes. To complete the experience, two sake-based cocktails have been specially crafted for the occasion, making it a well-rounded programme for those looking to explore Japanese cuisine in a more elevated setting.
