Empanadas, chiva buses, sombreros, cilantro, guacamole, jongleurs and vallenato music – From March, 10, Colombia, from the seashore to the rainforests, will move to Beat on the Brat in Nyár Street for one night every month, along with many surprises and an ever-changing South-American menu.

¡Muy colombiano, muy bacano!

On March 10, the first Colombian Noche Empanadita film & gastro night will be organized, showing films from the best festivals, and with the newest authentic dishes.

From the popular empanadas, through special mantecada muffins made of cornflour, to the indispensable Colombian coffee, many Colombian treats will be found at the special gastro night. The main event will be the film screening, which this year will be the second significant production of the Oscar nominee Ciro Guerra (Embrace of the Serpent).

The Wind Journeys (Los Viajes Del Viento) // 2009

The perfect choice for an opening film, the second production of Ciro Guerra presents the Carribbean region through 80 different locations, from the Guajira Desert through Sierra de Perija, to the Atlantic Ocean, with vallenato music (a national symbol) in the center.
