Bread is more than just food – it’s community, tradition and celebration all in one. On 31 August, the Pancs Market will turn into a true bread festival on Ferenc Square. Expect freshly baked sourdough loaves, sweet braided kalács, crusty rolls, pretzels and everything that makes the crunch of bread irresistible. Local producers will be bringing spreads, cheeses, vegetables and jams, while gastro exhibitors will treat visitors to sandwiches, flatbread, pâtés and plenty more delights.
