On May 25th, learn how to open an oyster, then taste it! Downtown Mexican restaurant Tereza hosts an Oyster vs Ceviche gastronomic event, where you can simultaneously try and compare the two treats. Oysters have represented wealth and a luxurious lifestyle for centuries, and have been popular ever since. So it is worth learning a thing or two about them, and guest chef Gergely Balogh will help with that.
