As part of Budapest Design Week, Not Quite California Wonder aims to deconstruct the myths of paprika production. Being held in English over half a day, a design-focused workshop allows you to learn more about the changing processes of food production and the emerging lack of diversity of crops around the world. Participants will have the chance to explore the role of paprika throughout history as plant, food, industry, a symbol of political power and an ecological catalyst. The project also tackles the issue of global food production
