Amsterdam–New Zealand trio MY BABY return to Budapest with their mesmerising blend of blues, funk, and psychedelic grooves, performing at the Turbina Cultural Centre on 5 November. Known for their shamanic rhythms and trance-like live shows, the band will present songs from their forthcoming album Echo, which reimagines the myth of Echo and Narcissus through hypnotic melodies and soulful seventies-inspired sounds.
Fronted by Cato van Dyck alongside Joost van Dyck and Daniel “Dafreeze” Johnston, MY BABY have captivated audiences worldwide, from Glastonbury to Sziget, with concerts that feel more like rituals than gigs. Their Budapest show promises an immersive night of danceable rhythms, soaring vocals, and the kind of deep, atmospheric energy that lingers long after the music stops.
