Vegetarianism and veganism have been gaining ground in Hungary in the past few years, but often it’s still hard to find the suitable recipes. Southern and eastern counties eat less meat than we would think: an abundance of spices, legumes, vegetables, and fruits aid those who live there. The March Turkish course is part of Chefparade’s course-series where they show how creative the Turkish are when it comes to vegetables and fruits.
