This costume drama explores the turbulent life of Mary Stuart (played by Saoirse Ronan). Queen of France at 16 and widowed at 18, Mary refuses to remarry. Instead, she returns to her native Scotland to reclaim her throne. But Scotland and England fall under the rule of Elizabeth I (Margot Robbie). Rivals in power and in love, the young queens must decide how to play the intricate game of history. The film is screened in English with Hungarian subtitles on 24 and 25 January, with a 6pm start at the Puskin Cinema.
