Culinary community Globalista Konyha (‘Global Kitchen’) open their new season with chef Maria Elia, who delights diners with a five-course meal on 18 and 19 September. The dishes will combine the wonders of Greek cuisine with Maria’s modern concepts and fresh Hungarian ingredients, to create a diverse sensory adventure.

Menu:


  • Carrot keftedes, carrot tabbouleh, tahini sauce

  • Chili-roasted feta, watermelon, raisin oregano dressing, pine nuts

  • Chargrilled octopus, taramasalata, fennel, capers, lemon, crispy potatoes

  • Duck shawarma, duck gigantes, date-and-almond baklava

  • Kataifi-wrapped stuffed figs, fig-leaf panna cotta


Vegan/Vegetarian Menu:

  • Whipped tofu, watermelon, raisin oregano dressing, pine nuts
