Culinary community Globalista Konyha (‘Global Kitchen’) open their new season with chef Maria Elia, who delights diners with a five-course meal on 18 and 19 September. The dishes will combine the wonders of Greek cuisine with Maria’s modern concepts and fresh Hungarian ingredients, to create a diverse sensory adventure.
