Time Out Market Budapest is kicking off the new year with a Mangalitsa Festival, running from 26 January to 1 February. From 11.30am to 10pm, the Market’s kitchens will showcase the famed Hungarian mangalitsa pork in a curated selection of 11 special dishes — 11 fresh flavours created just for the occasion. Whether you're a devoted foodie or simply curious to try something new, this week-long celebration brings the country’s most treasured ingredient under one roof.
