Madách International Theatre Meeting
was first held in the Spring of 2014. Despite of the colourful theatre life in Hungary there was no large international meeting that focused on theatre.

meet the directors and actors of performances.

MITEM
. During this event creative minds observe how national theatres, independent companies, directors, playwrights, theatre experts from different parts of the world react to challenges in the 21st century.
It's mostly important to meet and communicate with

from all over the world and admire one another's work and strive to understand each other.
