?
François Payard (FP Patisserie, François Payard Bakery and Payard Patisserie & Bistro) had the idea of Macaron Day (Jour du Macaron) and it was first celebrated in Paris, in 2010, and then, a year later in New York City as a cooperation between La Maison Pierre Hermé Paris and Relais Desserts.
