Lee Ritenour and Dave Grusin will be visiting Budapest on 29 June as part of the high-profile jazz acts hosted by Müpa Budapest this season. Boasting a total of 11 Grammy awards and 54 nominations between them, the two have recorded 17 albums together thanks to their uniquely telepathic professional relationship. Both artists are key figures in the American jazz scene, although this will be the first opportunity for Grusin, now 85, and the second for Ritenour, to enchant a live Hungarian audience with their soulful music.
