On 20 August, the Szentendre Skanzen hosts Hungary’s biggest celebration of artisan bakeries. This year’s Kenyérlelke Festival puts the spotlight on organic flours, community bakeries and sustainable supply chains, as well as the importance of collaboration between farmers, millers and bakers. Around 70 exhibitors will take part, including 25 artisan bakeries, six mills, farmers, small-scale producers and professional organisations. Visitors can also look forward to expert talks on the main stage and demonstrations on the workshop stage. Admission is free.
