The Giraud family is a 12-generation wine-making dynasty, and uses unique, innovative methods such as chemical analysis through QR codes, clay amphorae and replanting oak trees for fermentation. Even entry-level wines are vinified and aged in entirely natural materials: the winery has converted all of its neutral containers from stainless steel to terra cotta. Various topics concerning wine-making will be discussed in English with export manager Gauthier Vecten at the Boriroda wine house on 28 November, while you can sample the following items:

  • Blanc de Craie

  • Esprit Nature

  • Dame-Jane

  • Hommage

  • MV 14

  • Ratafia
