The outstanding Hungarian harpsichordist Márton Borsányi recently returned to Hungary after living and working in Switzerland. It was there that he met the younger Brazilian singer Guilherme Roberto. They have selected a joint song list from often rarely heard vocal works by composers of the 17th and 18th centuries. In keeping with Passover, these focus on the idea of repentance and redemption, with other ones addressing the subject of love. The duo perform at Müpa Budapest on 1 March as part of the Early Music Festival.
