Celine Pham, a young Vietnamese chef, combines traditional flavours from her homeland with classic French gastronomy. Despite being only 30-year-old, she became one of the favourite chefs of the French fashion industry and her spring rolls are said to be adored by Christian Louboutin so much that the designer regularly orders his private dinners from her. Now, invited by Globalist Kitchen, Pham prepares a five-course meal in Budapest on 14 and 15 November.
