If kombucha, ginger beer, and mead speak to your heart, sign up for this exciting workshop at Buda's cultural centre, MANYI. In the August 4th session, you'll delve into the whys and hows of these fascinating beverages, both in theory and practice. You'll get to taste various flavours of kombucha, mead, kvass, amazake (young sake), and ginger bug, also known as ginger beer. By the end, you'll take home a large bottle of your own kombucha and starter cultures of your favourite sampled drinks. Three things to note: the drinks include a small amount of alcohol, the price is HUF 6,000, and you need to bring 2 big jars with you.
